Gearbox Tuning
We offer gearbox tuning for quite a few different models. Our most popular ones are Audi - Volkswagen - Skoda - Seat - BMW - Porsche. A Gearbox tune allows the gearbox to work more efficiently along side an engine tune. It increases the clamping pressure inside the gearbox which results in faster changes, different shift points and smoother changes.
DTC Removal
DTC stands for Diagnostic Trouble Codes, the ECU sets these error codes and puts a warning light on the dash when a component or sensor doesn't meet it's stored plausible values, they are lots reasons why a code can be set and these aid in Engine Diagnostics. When a component is removed or disabled you would also need to disable the associated DTC's.
We cover a range of ECU's for DTC Removal. We cover manufacturer specific codes (P1XXX/P2XXX) and generic OBDII codes (P0XXX)
Swirl Flap Removal
Intake manifold flap failures are common on certain groups of cars and are expensive to replace. Our software can be used as part of a flap removal operation without causing fault codes or engine management lights.
